Berta Gonzalez-Eloy is a partner at Leon Attorneys, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation, personal injury, and first-party property insurance claims. She represents homeowners and injured individuals throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial preparation, advocating for clients in disputes involving property damage, insurance coverage, and personal injury matters. Her practice also includes employment-based and business immigration, where she has successfully handled complex visa matters, including O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions.

A Cuban immigrant herself, Berta is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal challenges and obtain meaningful results. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her outstanding work in legal writing and research.
